DO YOU PROVIDE A REFUND?
Standard items (not customised) that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund or online store credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. The item must be in original condition, unworn, not altered and unwashed, with tags still attached.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?
The order must be returned within 7 days of your receipt date.
HOW LONG IS AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?
12 months from date of issue.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?
- Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.
- Submit your return via our Online Returns Form here.
- Our customer service team will evaluate your Online Returns Form and reply by email to advise how to proceed.
- Once the return is approved, print a copy of the email communication and enclose it with the item.
- Post your item and a printed copy of the email communication back to us. THE LOVE OF is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a trackable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
- Once your item has been returned to our studio, we will email you a confirmation of your refund or credit note.
- We recommend that you send your return via express registered post so that we receive it within the accepted time frame of 7 days.
DO YOU EXCHANGE?
We can exchange your item provided the above return procedure has been met, and a new order may be placed. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
